At least one of the American quartett is guaranteed to reach the quarter-finals as Robby Ginepri meets qualifier John Isner (205cm tall) in the only match on court six later today. Sixth seed Sam Querrey (198cm), the other American chasing a place in the last eight, is in the other half of the draw and will need to see off Luxembourg qualifier Giles Muller (193cm) in the first match on court four to progress. Yesterday was not a great day for the Spanish tennisplayers as Marcel Granollers, Oscar Hernandez and seventh seed Albert Montanes were sent packing in Sovereign Singles action. The Spaniards could still have two players in the last eight however as former world No 1 Juan Carlos Ferrero meets last years Champion Philipp Kohlschreiber in the night singles match Top seed Argentine Juan Martin Del Potro (198cm) is second up playing Latvian Ernests Gulbis.
